It’s not much longer before the DIAM 2021 opens its doors in Bochum. This year the trade fair will be held from 6th until 7th of October 2021 and amtec is represented with its own booth.

| | |  | | Thanks to our new climatic test chamber, we have been able to significantly expand our services in the field of valve testing.
With this new low-temperature test bench, we are able to carry out type tests on valves at negative temperatures.
Any value between ambient temperature and -70 ° C can be achieved.
According to ISO 15848-1, in addition to the temperature ranges up to 400 ° C, we can also test the temperature classes -29 ° C and -46 ° C.

| | |  | | The amtec training flange is used for the measurement and visualization of bolt forces during the tightening process under real mounting conditions. The pair of flanges (DN100/PN40) is assembled with eight screws (M20), all of which serve as force sensors.
The user-friendly amtec software, developed specially for demonstration purposes, shows the bolt forces in various graphics.
The training flange is mobile and can be disassembled without tools, stored and transported in a practical aluminum case.
The weight-optimized design makes the entire device comparatively light, which means that there are no obstacles to conducting demonstrations on the go.
